Formal Agreements & Deposit
Master Agreement, scope confirmation, project deposit. Site control verified. Engagement formally moves to design.
Site Feasibility
Survey, geotechnical borings, drainage analysis, zoning and constructability review. The single most important gate in the entire framework.
Architecture & Engineering
Architectural confirmation; structural, civil, MEP and CBRN engineering. Design freeze.
Mobilization, Shell, Core Systems
Permitting and authority approvals → site mobilization and earthwork → monolithic concrete shell with waterproofing → electrical, generator, plumbing, HVAC, CBRN, security zoning, and finishes.
Commissioning & Final Delivery
Systems testing, inspections, as-built documentation, formal project acceptance and handover.
